Jodie & Sue are the founders of Insync Care and Support and have over 40 years of experience working with people with disabilities. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional service that is delivered with a sense of warmth, friendliness and individual pride.

FAQ
Do you provide supports outside business hours?
Yes we do. We can provide supports to you in the evening, overnight, on weekends and public holidays. We also provide 24/7 supports for people who live in SIL arrangements.
I need supports urgently, how soon can you start?
Dependant on your needs and circumstances we may be able to start supports within 24-48 hours.
Are your supports flexible?
We always try to be flexible and meet peoples day to day needs. If you have an appointment or a change we will do our best to ensure the supports you need are there.
I want to change service provider but would like to keep my current workers. Can I bring them with me?
Providing that your current workers are able to meet our recruitment process, we are able to welcome them to the Insync Care and Support team so they can continue providing your supports.
Can you help me manage my NDIS Plan?
Insync Care and Support provide Support Coordination for those who have that in their plan. If you do not have Support Coordination in your plan we will help you link into your NDIS Local Area Coordinator so that you understand your plan and can make decisions about how to use your funding.
Can you work with people whose plan is NDIA managed?
Insync Care and Support can provide services to people whose plan is either Plan Managed or Self Managed. If your Plan is NDIA Managed we can help you change this.
What training and experience do your staff have?
All staff providing support have a Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar qualifications and years of experience. Our staff also attend professional development training throughout the year to maintain their skills and knowledge. Staff will also undertake training for specific participant needs where there is complex supports.
Are your staff screened?
All staff are screened, have a NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children Card (Blue Card).
